1. Deduction of 20% of the booking amount if cancelled 2 days in advance excluding the day of occupation.
2. Deduction of 50% of the booking amount if cancelled one day in advance excluding the day of occupation.
3. No refund shall be admissible in case of cancellation of retiring room booking on the same day.
4. The amount will be refunded to the customer except for the payment gateway/online transaction charges.

No meals are served at Urbanpod and no outside food is allowed inside the facility. however, there is various food outlet at serves all meals 24/7 within walking distance.

No food or beverages can be consumed inside the pod (except the water).

You can make a reservation for a maximum 48-hour stay at Urbanpod.

Urban pod can also be booked with a RAC ticket.

No social celebrations or parties are allowed at Urbanpod, as it could disturb the other guests.

We do not allow food, beverages/alcohol / non-alcoholic to be brought inside Urbanpod and are strictly not allowed to consume inside or around the pod or within the facility. Consumption of alcoholic beverages will attract the fine.

None of the pods have an attached washroom though the washroom is within a few meters of the pod. washroom is kept clean and dry around the clock.
