1. Deduction of 20% of the booking amount if cancelled Three days and above in advance of the day of Check-in.
2. Deduction of 50% of the booking amount if cancelled Two days in advance of the day of Check-in.
3. No refund shall be admissible in case of cancellation of retiring room booking on the same day.
4. Amount will be refunded to the customer except for the payment gateway/online transaction charges.
